February: 28 Days Of Mindfulness

We’ve made it to February folks. It’s now light out until 5pm (!) and we just have one last push until spring. I’m looking forward to warmer days ahead with a focus on slowing down, breathing deep, and stretching out. Read on for my ideas on how to spend the next 28 days of mindfulness. How will you be spending yours?

  1. No email or social media until lunch
  2. Unsubscribe from email lists
  3. Meditate for 10 minutes
  4. Spend some time in solitude
  5. No complaint day
  6. Identify your top 3 priorities
  7. Stay offline all day
  8. Spend time outdoors
  9. Talk a walk in the early morning
  10. Read a book
  11. Say no to one thing on your schedule
  12. Clean out your handbag
  13. Declutter and donate
  14. Enjoy a home cooked dinner with the T.V. off
  15. Donโ€™t buy a single thing for 24 hours
  16. Go for a walk at lunch
  17. Take a step towards learning a new skill
  18. No T.V. all day
  19. Think of 3 things to be thankful for as you get ready for bed
  20. Walk to work early and sit outside to eat breakfast
  21. Have a phone call with someone you love
  22. Organize your junk drawer
  23. Evaluate your last 5 purchases
  24. Leave an entire Saturday unplanned
  25. Do a workout class
  26. Do a favor for someone
  27. Drink 5 glasses of water throughout the day
  28. Practice gratitude
