We’ve made it to February folks. It’s now light out until 5pm (!) and we just have one last push until spring. I’m looking forward to warmer days ahead with a focus on slowing down, breathing deep, and stretching out. Read on for my ideas on how to spend the next 28 days of mindfulness.
